* Fresh Strength will not be in session on Thursday June 29th, Monday July 3rd, or Tuesday July 4th.
Fresh Strength is a 5-Week comprehensive introduction to high school strength and conditioning. The focus will be on facility etiquette, lifting and spotting technique, how to read a workout card, the importance of respect and love, and the significance of spirituality as it relates to sports performance. The program is free of charge and no registration is necessary. Coach Milton B. Yates '97 will provide a waiver to each attendee to be returned the next session.
NOTE: All Football Athletes, please see Coach Randy Trivers for S&C information.
Faculty, Staff, and Alumni may use the facility during any of the hours of operation.
Proper athletic attire must be worn at all times.
