National Athletic Trainers' Association Mission Statement
The mission of the National Athletic Trainers' Association is to enhance the quality of health care for the physically active through education and research in prevention, evaluation, management and rehabilitation of injuries.

ImPACT Concussion Testing
Gonzaga College High School uses the ImPACT Concussion Test to facilitate a thorough assessment of traumatic brain injury.  This computerized test allows the athletic training and medical staff to effectively evaluate athletes against their own baseline score.  This comparison allows for the most accurate assessment of function and injury, and is used to inform proper decisions related to athlete safety, return-to-play criteria, and referral for additional medical evaluation and treatment.  More information on ImPact concussion testing please visit there website.
