The garage contains 298 parking spaces all on one level. With the exception of some guest spaces (spots 235 - 242), during the school day, 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM, all spaces in the garage are reserved parking for faculty, staff, and permitted students. The only way to enter and exit the garage in a vehicle is from the traffic circle in front of Forte Hall, the traffic circle is behind the Walmart building on Eye Street approaching Gonzaga from the west. (See the map below.)
The garage is open from 7:00 AM until 10:00 PM daily. There is a security guard stationed in the garage at all times from 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM daily. During the school day, Gonzaga’s security guards patrol the garage at regular intervals. There are security cameras throughout the garage that record all activity. There are also call boxes in the garage which will call our security when activated between 7am and 11pm.
It is not possible at to enter or exit the garage in the direction of H Street. This entrance is now closed.
Because the traffic circle serves as the only entrance to the garage driveway, when dropping off or picking up your son, please do not stop your vehicle in the traffic circle such that it blocks the drive leading to the garage. Outside of school hours, the lot is available for all Gonzaga-related people to park.
Please drive slowly in the garage and on campus and obey all directional signage. This is most important for the safety of all. Please know that student drivers risk losing their parking privileges if they drive recklessly or carelessly in the garage area.
