Greg Knowles- Head Coach 

Coach Knowles is in his 17th year teaching science at Gonzaga, and is pleased to rejoin the Gonzaga Baseball staff this year as the JV White Head Coach. Prior to his teaching career, Coach Knowles pitched 5 seasons in the minor leagues. He played for the Cardinals and Orioles organizations, reaching AA with the Bowie Baysox. Prior to his professional baseball career, Coach Knowles pitched for the University of Miami on a full baseball scholarship. An All-American, he helped the Hurricanes reach the College World Series twice, winning a CWS game against Cal State Fullerton as a freshman. During college, he played summer ball in the Great Lakes and Cape Cod Leagues. As a senior at Cardinal Gibbons High School, he led his team to win the Florida State Championship, compiling a 17-1 record along the way, and earning All-State and All-Region first team honors. More recently, Coach Knowles has focused on youth baseball, coaching in Arlington, VA for the last 7 years.  In 2016, his 12U travel team won the Virginia State Championship, and was runner up in the Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament out of 104 teams.

Prinz Milton- Assistant Coach

Coach Milton enters his second season on the staff and brings a plethora of experience, not only as a coach, but as a player as well. He comes from a long lineage of professional baseball experience and was afforded the opportunity to play professionally starting in the late 90s. Coach Milton was selected in the 48th round of the '97 amateur draft by the Atlanta Braves as a catcher and was later moved to the outfield. After six years of playing professionally, he went on to graduate from Howard University. Coach Milton continued his expertise after college and went on to coach several travel baseball teams in the Northern Virginia area.
